Timeline Once we’ve processed your order, we ship Monday thru Wednesday to help ensure your chocolate arrives by the end of the week. All our confections are made to order, so please allow ample time for creation and shipping when ordering. Please allow us approximately 3 business days to process your orders.
We reserve the right to substitute truffle or macaron flavors if they are not available for immediate shipment and if the order has time constraints.

Melty Months When shipping during warm months, we calculate our shipping charges to accommodate UPS overnight or 2nd Day Air. To help keep your chocolate in the best condition, we must use a speedy shipping option. We understand these are expensive methods of shipping, but must be used to ensure your product arrives in delicious condition during high temperatures.
Please note that if the weather conditions are too hot for shipping our confections we will wait until there’s a cooler period. We just want to make sure your chocolate arrives in a delicious and decadent state.
